I appreciated the attentive staff. They upgraded my room when there was a small water leak. the immediate upgrade was smooth. the design of the hotel is quite nice, i like the atmosphere. the hotel gym was good too.
The beach looked like it needed a quick clean. There was some seaweed and debris. it wasn't terrible. i hope they maintain it better.

the supposed "gym" was more like a storage closet. seriously, three rusty dumbbells and a yoga mat that smelled like someone's forgotten dreams. and the 'business center'? one dusty computer from the stone age. i tried to print my boarding pass but i think the printer was plotting a rebellion. it took about 20 minutes and 50 sheets of paper to finally spit out a barely legible copy.

I found the beach access easy and the beach itself beautiful. the service impressed me (people were always ready to help). i appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It set a positive tone for each day. the pastries in the lobby at 5am were a lifesaver before my early departure.
The check-in process was slow. It took about 25 minutes. trainee badges were common at reception, so it seemed like staff were still learning. it created some unnecessary delays and i felt a bit inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet has many options and tasted delicious. I especially liked the fresh fruit. pastries were available in the lobby at 5 a.m. for early departures, a very convenient touch. the beach bar offers nice snacks and drinks.

the hotel is right on the beach with straw umbrellas, so finding a spot wasn't a problem. the hotel is located within a 15-minute walk to the ferry and about 20 minutes to various restaurants. public transportation to the maya museum and mall is convenient.

i found the beach very easy to access and quite beautiful. the service met my expectations across all spaces (including at the cabanas). the complimentary breakfast with its large buffet made my mornings easy.
i had a small issue with the room temperature, as the air conditioning felt quite cold with no way to adjust it.

Mediocre stay. Issues with Laundry Service

The beach features calm water which makes it ideal for swimming.
I stayed one night and needed laundry service. I asked if the clothes could be ready by 10 am the next morning. The staff assured me this was possible, but the clothes were not ready by 10 am. I had to visit the reception twice between 10:30 and 11 to ask about my laundry. It was finally delivered as my taxi waited for the airport.
